I would love to be notified if Fancy Feast ever decides to create a new variety of wet cat food, one that consists nearly entirely of gravy. In the meantime i'll continue to interrogate Maroo... telling her stories about other kitties who dont get food at all... or third world kitties, who have never hear or licked gravy or meaty morsels in their lives.
One day, i hope to get through the barriers she has erected, probably due to some previous trauma or gravy related incident. And she'll continue to stare at me, and plead with her expressive meow's, begging me for food before she fades away into a hungry oblivion.. as she stands next to various bowls of food who's only fault is that they ran out of gravy too quickly.
Both my cats love the taste of fancy feast and cant wait for their next meal. I buy 90 3oz cans a month. My vet informed me it has a complete nutrition for the size of my cats. This has also helping my older, over weight cat live longer.
The one on the left is 17lbs normal weight and the one on the right went from 24lbs to 16lbs. He still has more to lose but both healthy.

One of Mr. Picky's favorites. I just wish he'd eat a bit more of the meat instead of licking out the gravy and picking at the meat. I do like that it is nutritionally complete. He seems to really like the Grilled Seafood's gravy most. I also like the three-ounce cans, they are the perfect size for him. For 30 cans, it's a pretty good value. Two thumbs up!
I also purchased 24 cans of the Turkey & Cheese & Tuna & Cheese, all those cans were fine, NO dents.
This review is just to let you know the denting is happening, I will continue to purchase the Fancy Feast.
For the brand itself. This is a great brand overall and my vet told me they were good to feed to your cat. Gets my cat full, he eats all the meat parts and doesn't only lick at the gravy parts which is a problem with some brands. They have good portions and the cans are easy to open. Cheap compared to some of the more expensive brands that just aren't as good in my opinion.
